Returns, Refunds & Exchange Guidelines

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions. Please review eligibility carefully before initiating a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided along with the return request.
  • Clear photographs or a short video of the product condition must be submitted at the time of raising the request.
  • Returns are accepted for items that are damaged during transit, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Note: Items returned without prior approval or outside the 7-day window will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our product categories and strict hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used:

Exception: If a non-returnable item arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will assess your case on priority.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to raise a return request. Our team will guide you through every stage of the process:

Contact Us
Email us at support@vasudeventerprise.com or call us within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.

Submit Evidence
Share clear photographs or a short unboxing video showing the product condition, packaging, and the issue clearly.

Await Approval
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of approval or rejection with reasons.

Ship the Product
Upon approval, securely pack and ship the item to our address. Use a trackable courier service and share the tracking details with us.

Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via email confirming the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method — UPI, bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet, as applicable.
  • Processing time is 7–10 business days from the date of return receipt and approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank account details.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases (e.g., items returned with missing accessories or minor signs of use), a partial refund may be granted at our discretion after notifying the customer.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.

  • To request an exchange, follow the same return initiation process and specify that you prefer an exchange over a refund.
  • If the requested replacement product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not offer size or variant exchanges for products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please follow these steps immediately:

  • Do not open or use the product if it appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Take clear unboxing photographs or a video as soon as you receive the package.
  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Important: Claims for damaged or wrong items raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained. We strongly advise inspecting your order at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • To cancel, contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
  • For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Vasudev Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund to the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeline, please follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app — processing delays of 1–2 additional business days are common.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@vasudeventerprise.com with your Order ID and refund request reference.
We're here to help: Our support team will investigate and resolve any refund delays within 3 business days of your escalation.
