• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Products from the Ayurvedic Medicine and Natural Food Products categories are non-returnable once opened, due to hygiene and safety standards.
• To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order ID and photographs of the product condition.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
